GOALPRIZE REFUND POLICY (“GRP”)

This Goalprize Refund Policy (“GRP”) provides the process, policies, and requirements for the return of Points, Credits, and payments of FastUsers Company Limited (“us”, or “Goalprize”) in relation to the Services provided by us. Except otherwise set forth herein, the definitions of capitalized terms set forth in this GRP shall have the same meaning and in reference to those provided in Goalprize Term of Service (“GTS”).

If there is any conflict between this GRP and the GTS, the GTS will prevail. If there is a conflict between English GRP and Thai translation of GRP, the English prevails.

For avoidance of doubt, there are two versions of the Goalprize mobile application called the “Goalprize app”, one for restaurant customers (“Customers”) and one for restaurant owners/managers/servers (“Businesses” or “Restaurants”) called the “Goalprize Business” app. There is no charge to download either version of Goalprize app. However, the Restaurants that are approved to host a Goalprize campaign, after the Restaurant agrees on all Goalprize campaign details and after the Goalprize campaign for that Restaurant Start Date and Time (“Start”) starts and begins receiving Goalprize visitors (or Goalprize Customers) spending more than the minimum charge to count as a Visit for that Goalprize campaign, the Business (the Restaurant) will be charged for the Visits at a charge per visit that the restaurant must agree to before its Goalprize campaign starts.

GOALPRIZE CUSTOMERS

1. By using or accessing the Service, the customers are not charged by Goalprize and Goalprize does not require any form of payment from the customers on the Customer's version of the Goalprize app. The customers may request Points after paying their bill at the Business (the Restaurant) that hosting a Goalprize campaign after the Start of the Goalprize campaign and before the Goalprize campaign Ends (whether the End comes from Goal the being hit before the deadline or from the Deadline being reached before the Goal is hit). Because Goalprize campaigns will end automatically based on either reaching a day and time deadline or suddenly based upon achieving a visits Goal some customers who desire points or request points using the Goalprize software will not receive them if requested too close to the end of a Goalprize campaign. Accepting this risk is a requirement to use the Goalprize software as outlined in the GTS. Therefore, there will not be refunds given by Goalprize to the customers participating in a Goalprize campaign or using the Goalprize app.

2. If the customers are not satisfied with the food or service from the Business (The Restaurant), the customers should only contact the Business (The Restaurant) for any issue thereof. Goalprize is merely a service provider of a software service via Goalprize app, and will not to be liable or responsible on behalf of the Business whatsoever in this matter.

3. Goalprize will not circumvent the normal system of earning Points by customers nor manually give points to customers of the Business, or refunds of Points to any persons in any cases. Points are given by only by the Business under the terms and conditions specified in the GTS on fully-paid bills after the customer has properly made a request for Points using their Goalprize app to the Business hosting the Goalprize campaign during the eligible period set forth in GTS only.

4. Goalprize will not circumvent the normal system of redeeming Credits by customers nor manually give points to customers of the Business, or refunds of Credits to any persons in any cases. Credits are redeemed only by the Business under the terms and conditions specified in the GTS only.

RESTAURANTS

1. The Business will be charged per Visit from Goalprize as agreed to in the GTS during the approved Goalprize campaign. The Goalprize software will attempt to charge the Business on daily basis for the Visits during the Goalprize campaign. Any problem charging the payment method will still result in the amount being owed to Goalprize until paid either though a delayed automatic charge by Goalprize or other method.

2. Restaurants will be charged per visit from Goalprize user as agreed to in the GTS and Goalprize campaign they approved for Goalprize customer visits after the Start of the Goalprize campaign and before it ends in either success or failure. The charge will occur each day for visits that occurred since the prior charge until the Goalprize campaign ends in either success or failure.
