HOW TO PARTICIPATE ("HTP")

Goalprize is solely owned and operated by FastUsers Company Limited (Thailand) and users of it must agree to the Goalprize Terms of Service Agreement ("GTS").

A summary of how Customers and Restaurants can participate with Goalprize.This "HOW TO PARTICIPATE" ("HTP") summarizes the process, policies, and requirements to participate in a Goalprize campaign. Except otherwise set forth herein, the definitions of capitalized terms set forth in this HTP shall have the same meaning and reference to those provided in Goalprize Term of Service ("GTS").

Customers of a Restaurant hosting a Goalprize campaign can participate in the Goalprize Campaign by following the summarized listed below in addition to the GTS.

1. AGREE: To use Goalprize must agree to the GOALPRIZE TERMS OF SERVICE (“GTS”). This HTP text is not a complete list of all parts of the GTS there are many more sections in the GTS. If there is a conflict between GTS and HTP then the GTS will prevail. You must read the GTS to understand all of the GTS and to use the Goalprize app or participate in a Goalprize campaign. The GTS also defines words used by Goalprize.

2. FIND: Download and install Goalprize on your Apple or Android mobile phone or tablet. On bottom of the home screen click "Find Goalprizes" to find a Restaurant hosting a Goalprize campaign. Because Goalprize is starting in Thailand we recommend you leave city at "All". Don't reduce it to only one city. Most campaigns at first will be in Bangkok, Thailand. When you find a Goalprize campaign you want to participate in click it to visit Business Information / "Details of This Goalprize campaign" to understand it and verify you agree with it before participating. Visit a Restaurant after the date and time the Goalprize campaign at that restaurant starts and before it ends. Be fast. Don't wait too long because the Goalprize campaign of each restaurant can end at any time. It ends when the number of visits reaches the visits Goal (Success) or when the Deadline date and time is reached before the Goal is achieved (Failure).

3. VISIT, INVITE FRIENDS, PAY YOUR BILL, REQUEST POINTS: The more Visits during a Goalprize campaign hosted by a Restaurant the more likely this Goalprize campaign will be Successful. If the Restaurant hits their Visits Goal before the Deadline End Date and Time then Prizes will be given out to many Goalprize customers as explained in the GTS and summarized below in section XX. Only a Participating Customer who wants to use their properly registered Goalprize account (G-ID XXX-XXX-XXX) to register Visits, collect Points and pays the bill during the time the campaign is active (after Start, before End) to register those Visits and earn Points for their spending needs to install the Goalprize app on their mobile phone or tablet and request points after paying the bill. The Participating Customer after they pay their bill should press the "Request Points" button. Each person on their bill will be counted as a Visit so long as the total spending (not counting alcohol, cigarettes, tax, service charges/tips or anything for which promotion is prohibited by law) divided by customers on that bill is greater than the Minimum Spending required to count as a Visit. In a situation where, after making this calculation, the average spent per customer is less than the Minimum Required to count as a Visit the Restaurant will reduce the number of Visits counted so that the total Visits multiplied by total spent is above the Minimum and count only that number of Visits toward the Goal.

4. HELP THE RESTAURANT HIT THE GOAL AND MOVE FAST. If the visits Goal of the Restaurant hosting the Goalprize campaign is hit before the Deadline Date and Time then the customer's accounts on the Leaderboard for that Goalprize campaign ranked in the "Top Spenders Winning Zone" will win a Prize which is a digital gift card with discount credits (not cash vouchers) redeemable only at that Restaurant in the future before the Expiration Date and Time indicated on the digital gift card and not redeemable for items that can not be promoted legally (such as alcohol, cigarettes and other items) nor can these credits be used to cover taxes, service charges or tips.

Each Goalprize campaign may be different. Each Goalprize campaign may have a different time period, different visits Goal, different number of Winners, different Prize amounts (different percent of the Points of Winners become Credits redeemable for food at the restaurant) and different time period until the Credits won by winners will expire. These are indicated on the "Details of This Goalprize campaign" page below the card of a Goalprize you will find in "Find Goalprizes". Goalprize campaigns can end at any time because they will end when the visits Goal is hit or when it reaches the Deadline date and time. Do not wait to visit a restaurant, visit as soon as you can. When inside a restaurant don't wait to pay your bill. Pay it as soon as you can and request your Goalprize points as soon as you can.

Don't wait too long. Act fast. If you wait too long to pay your bill and request you points you may not be able to get points or add visits toward the Goal and this could cause the restaurant to not hit the visits Goal before the deadline resulting in no one winning anything. Or it could cause you to not be ranked high enough of the Leaderboard to win if this Goalprize campaign does hit the visits Goal before the Deadline date and time.

5. WATCH THE LEADERBOARD: The "Leaderboard" for each Goalprize campaign will show the Points and the Rankings of all Participating Goalprize customers (anonymously as a 9-digit Goalprize ID) who have already received Points for that Restaurant's Goalprize campaign. The Participating Customers who are in the "Top Spenders Winning Zone" will be indicated with a green background and the others that are do not qualify will be ranked below with a red background. The "Top Spenders Winning Zone" means if the Goalprize campaign ended successfully at that exact moment, only the Participating Customers in the "Top Spenders Winning Zone" would win digital gift cards and the other customers would not win anything.

Remember Leaderboard rankings will often change until a Goalprize campaign Successfully Ends (hits visits Goal before Deadline Date and Time) or fails (reaching Deadline Date and Time without hitting it's visits Goal). So if you are currently ranked below the "Top Spenders Winning Zone" you could move up during this active campaign at this Restaurant by ordering and paying for more food and/or inviting friends to join you at the restaurant and do the same either during that visit or visiting again before this campaign ends and following all the rules of the GTS. You could form your own group or team of family, friends or co-workers and put all your spending on the same bill and request all the points to be added to the same Goalprize account under the same G-ID (Goalprize ID) number. The G-ID appears on the top of the Goalprize home screen. Invite friends to join you at this restaurant fast. Also if you are currently in the "Top Spenders Winning Zone" your ranking could go down and your account could fall out before the Successful End of a Goalprize campaign if other Participating Customers spend more and move up. If that happens you will not win anything. And if the visits Goal is not hit before the Deadline date and time there will be no winners and no prizes will be given out.

6. WARNINGS TO CUSTOMERS PARTICIPATING IN A GOALPRIZE CAMPAIGN: No one will win any Prize if the Restaurant does not achieve its Goal before the End (called a "Goalprize campaign failure" or "Failed Campaign" or just "Failed"). You will also not win anything if the Restaurant does achieve its Goal before the End (called a "Goalprize Campaign Success" or "Successful Campaign" or just "Success") but your Goalprize customer account was not ranked high enough to be a Winner as indicated in the details for that Goalprize campaign. Also be aware that if a Goalprize campaign End is near either by Success or by failure you might not receive your Points if it ends before you are able to pay your bill and also request Points and receive those points. Don't wait. Therefore if a Goalprize is about to end, pay your bill quickly and ask for your Points quickly. Do not ask for your Points too close to the End or you might not receive the Points.

Very important: Do not wait too long. Act fast. If you wait too long to pay your bill and request you points you may not be able to get points or add visits toward the Goal and this could cause the restaurant to not hit the visits Goal before the deadline resulting in no one winning anything. Or it could cause you to not be ranked high enough of the Leaderboard to win if this Goalprize campaign does hit the visits Goal before the Deadline date and time.

After you request points from a restaurant, keep your Goalprize app open and watch it, if the visits registered and points offered are correct press the button to accept them as soon as possible. If you think the visits registered or points offered is wrong you have only a few minutes to ask the restaurant to investigate this and fix it if the amount is wrong. But be aware that this request to fix the number of visits and/or points could delay the registration of the visits and/or the receipt of Goalprize points causing negative consequences for you. It could cause the visits Goal to not be hit before the End causing you to not receive points and/or not win and not receive the prize of a digital gift card with credits. The restaurant may also be too busy to investigate and fix your request. If you do not accept the visits registered and Goalprize points offered by the restaurant quickly they will be temporarily be placed in a holding area. After 9 minutes and 59 seconds this amount will be given to you automatically by the Goalprize software system. It can not be changed by the restaurant.

7. USE THE PRIZE: If you win a Prize it will be a digital gift card appearing in your account offering Discount Credits not cash vouchers. You can redeem your Discount Credits on orders placed at that Restaurant after the Goalprize campaign Ends. The Discount Credits as the Prize can only be used at that same Restaurant and only before the Expiration Date and Time indicated on the digital gift card. The Prize can not be used to pay for alcohol, taxes or tips (service charges) or any other legally restricted items. The Prize / digital gift card credits can not be used at other restaurants nor other locations of a restaurant with the same name unless this is specifically written into the "Details of this Goalprize campaign".

8. MOVE FAST: If the Points the Restaurant proposes giving you is correct, please click the "Accept" button as soon as possible. As described above, customers are given a few minutes to dispute the amount of points about to be given and visits to be counted by the restaurant (viewed under "Pending Transactions" on the Home screen) on their fully-paid bill. But customers must be aware and accept that when the Goal is close to being hit you may not get any Points at all for that specific bill if the Goal is suddenly achieved and the Goalprize campaign is Successful. You could also not get any Points if the End is reached before you accept the Points and/or Visits about to be given in Pending Transactions. Be careful to pay your bill and request your Points as fast as possible if the Goal is close to being achieved or the End is near. This is a risk that you accept every time you choose to participate in Goalprize campaign.

Restaurants

1. AGREE TO THE GTS: To use Goalprize you agreed to the GOALPRIZE TERMS OF SERVICE (“GTS”). This "HOW TO PARTICIPATE" ("HTP") text is not a complete list of all parts of the GTS. If there is a conflict between GTS and HTP then the GTS will prevail. You must read the GTS to understand all of the GTS and to use the Goalprize app or host a Goalprize campaign. The GTS also defines words used by Goalprize.

2. APPLY FOR RESTAURANT APPROVAL: Get your restaurant approved to submit "Start A Goalprize" campaign requests by following the approval list under the button on the Goalprize-business app "Business Information" button on the home page. After your restaurant receives approval you can now submit requests to use Goalprize software to host a Goalprize campaign at your restaurant.

3. APPLY FOR CAMPAIGN APPROVAL: First, under "Settings & History" / "How Restaurant Pays for Visits" input your method of payment (credit card or debit card).

Second, after your form of payment is accepted then under "Start A Goalprize" fill in the desired details of your campaign: Start and End dates and times, the visits Goal and all other details requested. We recommend you set a Goal that is not too high based on the number of seats, prior visits, and the number of days for your Goalprize campaign. If Goal request is too high, your campaign request will probably not be approved by Goalprize administrators.

We recommend applying for campaigns with: (i) Goals that are achievable (not too high); (ii) minimum spending (to count each visit) that is not too high; (iii) many winners such as "Top 50% of ranked accounts on Leaderboard"; and (iv) big prizes such as digital gift cards with Discount Credits that equal 100% of the amount of Points earned by the winners. Use Goalprize software to provide powerful motivation for customers to act fast and help you hit your visits Goal. Both you and Goalprize must agree on the Goalprize campaign details before Goalprize will allow you to start a Goalprize campaign. Your restaurant will be responsible for covering the cost when winners redeem the discount credits they win on their digital gift cards given out by the Goalprize software when a visits Goal is hit before a Deadline date and time, and before the expiration date of the digital gift card, to reduce the cost of their bill at your restaurant.

4. PAY FOR VISITS: Your Restaurant only pays Goalprize for each customer visit where your restaurant has authorized the visits and points given out, during your Goalprize campaign time period (after the Goalprize campaign starts and before the End), who spends more than the minimum spending to count as a visit. If Goalprize brings in 10 customers on a bill but the minimum spending to count as a customer is 100THB and this bill only has 999THB then only 9 of the 10 customers will be counted as a visit. So the Restaurant only pays Goalprize after we bring in Goalprize customers for the Visits. No more risking money upfront on advertising that often fails. Goalprize helps you eliminate the risk of advertising.

5. BE GOOD TO CUSTOMERS: Your first Goalprize campaign should be somewhat small in size (a low Goal and/or short time period). After your first Goalprize campaign Ends with very few problems, you are more likely to be approved by Goalprize for hosting a Goalprize campaign with a higher Goal and/or longer time period in the future. If you do not honor any Credits on digital gift cards before the expiration date thereof or customers make many complaints about your hosting of a Goalprize campaign, your Restaurant may not be approved for another Goalprize campaign in the future. Restaurants should develop a good reputation for treating customers brought in by Goalprize as the new jewels they are if the Restaurant want to use Goalprize again. This will also make the customers want to visit your restaurant again.

6. REWARD CUSTOMERS: Goalprize is a WIN-WIN-WIN idea. Treat the customers fairly and according to the GTS and the customers should try to help your restaurant achieve its Goal. Host a campaign with a Goal that is not too high, a minimum spending requirement that is not too high that will allow many customers to win digital gift cards with many Credits on them. This provides powerful motivation for customers to help you hit your Goalprize Goal.
